Texture Me Silly!

I had my eye on the Textured Effects when I tried out for the Helmar Design Team. I am finally playing with it and don't know how I got along without it before! I just love texture so it is perfect for me!

So, this first example has been done before, I just stippled the Textured Effects on the title. I will be doing a lot of this same technique over and over because the outcome looks awesome!

Now for the little accent I made with the Textured Effects and MyStampBox Stamp! 

First take a glop of Textured Effects and lay it on thick:

Next, place your stamp where you want the impression:

I added a little more to fill in the right side. Since I did lay it on so thick I let it set overnight. THe white will turn clear when it is completely dry. Very carefully, I removed the stamp and got this:

The black was StazOn left over on the stamp. I did not stamp before I set, but I also realized that the black could come off and was ok with it.

I think next time I would let the Textured Effects sit for an hour or so (maybe more?) and let the top dry before I place it on the "glop" ;) Can't wait to experiment more!
