Okay so this past few weeks has been totally crazy for me and I forgot (to my absolute horror) to do my Helmar post on my scheduled day!!! Well I think I made up for it today! I have been busy making these little notebook holders as Christmas gifts for my son's pre-school teachers. Great idea for those who are on a budget!
Easy Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of cardstock 20cm x 13cm, score on the long edge at the 9.5cm and 11cm mark and fold along these scores.
2. Cut a piece of patterned paper 8.5cm x 12.5cm and adhere to the front using Helmar adhesive tape runner.
3. Cut 2 pieces of ribbon 14cm each, adhere one piece to each inside edge of the folder using Helmar fabric glue.
4. Cut 1 piece of white cardstock 8.5 x 12.5 cm and adhere to inside of front cover using Helmar adhesive tape runner.
5. Cut another pice of white cardstock 8.5 x 11cm, put a fine line of Helmar 450 glue on the two long sides and one short side only then adhere to the inside back cover leaving the gap at the top to fit the notebook into it. (see photo above)
6. Insert notebook and decorate front cover.
