So, usually I am all about being quick and fast when scrapbooking. When I heard about ACRYLIC SEALER, I was all like, "Whaaaaaat?!? Can I even stand the drying time?!" Well, turns out...I could...and I am soooo glad that I did!
Truth be told, I am a bit obsessed with chipboard letters. The problem is I don't always have the color I need. This technique opens up all sorts of doors for me. What I did first was ink up my letters. I like using the Colorbox Liquid Ink the best.
After the inking was complete, I placed the letters on a sheet of scrap paper. I used a foam brush to apply the acrylic sealer...
The directions claim it takes 20-30 minutes to dry. However, I really piled it on. So in my case, I let it dry over night. When it was finished, I ened up with a SUPER COOL looking, GLOSSY set of letters for my title. I glued the letters on with the AWESOME 450 QUICK DRY ADHESIVE (which does NOT take over night to dry :) ) and the paper/photo with QUICK-FIX ADHESIVE RUNNER. All stamps are from UNITY STAMPS.
Have a super day! The Ericksons will be at the pool because apparently we are in a "heat dome" and it's going to reach 115 with the heat index. Yuck.
