Happy Valentine's Day
Angie here today with some Mixed Media !!
I decided to do this cute little canvas for my daughter for Valentine's Day.
she has wanted on for so long.. and the meaning is simple but just perfect
for any little girl... Believe In Yourself !!
Now the only Helmar product I used on this canvas was this amazing stuff..

Decoupage..
it is heavenly smooth to apply.. and you get a wonderful satin finish. not glossy, not to matte.
I started with a layer on the plain canvas, and then another layer for each piece of paper and crocheted trim and flower. It even goes on nicely on to of your stamps and ink.
These are the new Christy Tomlinson stamps over at Unity Stamp Company.. so all you need to do
is add different coloured inks.. or get messy with paints.. it works both ways.... that girl comes like that with all the textures so all you have to do is colour it.. gotta love easy!! I used some of the
big PITT pens from Faber Castell to colour her in!!
Also using the decoupage I adhered all the trim pieces..and jewels..
You have to love a product that can do all of that on canvas!!
