I love Springtime, everything is fresh and new. I don't know what its like in your part of the world, but here in the land of lincoln Spring is really just arriving. Its been a long winter and its a welcome sight, let me tell you ;)
In the spirit of "new" and "fresh" things, I decided to share this layout that I created with one of our new preferred partners, Bella Blvd. The line is called "Swing into Spring" and although it isn't new, every time I use it I feel like I'm using it for the first time.
I used my Helmar Quickfix adhesive runner to put my entire page together, right down to attaching the ribbon to my photo. Yep, its THAT strong. The width of it was perfect for this ribbon from Creative Impressions, and even though the ribbon is sheer, the adhesive doesn't show through. Pretty awesome, huh?
Notice that glittery border around my page? I made that using products from another of our new preferred partners, PK Glitz! I created it using double sided "sticky" tape, covered with "glittery glitz" in chartreuse, a perfect compliment to the olive hues in the Bella papers.
I made my own butterfly embellisments using PK Glitz's "sticky paper", run though a die cutting machine and then covered with glitter. I attached it to my page using Helmar's amazing Liquid Scrapdots and BAM! Butterflies baby...
