Hey yall! Aymee Gandy, aka Southernbellescrapper, here on this beautiful, but HOT Monday to share a project with you. I can't believe it, but my big brother, Tyler, is turning 28 on July 1st. Man, how time flies! So I knew I wanted to make him a card and what better way to do that than with some of my favorite Helmar adhesives and some fabulous products from this week's preferred partners, Upsy Daisy Designs, Elle's Studio, and My Stamp Box.
For my card, I used the Helmar Quick-Fix Adhesive Runner, Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive, and Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots. I also incorporated 2 die cuts from Elle's Studio, patterned paper from Upsy Daisy Designs, and a stamp from My Stamp Box; all shown below.
Here is my card. This is a basic cardstock card. I used the Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runnerto adhere all of my paper. I used the Martha Stewart Punch Around The Page Punch set to create the shaped paper. I also did a little bit of embossing using my Cuttlebug and 'Victoria' embossing folder. The 2 die cuts are from Elle's Studio. I just love the one that says 'brother.' I stamped 'Lets Celebrate' from My Stamp Box onto another Elle's Studio die cut. I then chose some brown trim and secured it to my card using Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. Last, I added a felt flower using Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots and some blue rhinestones.
