I love making Christmas Projects!!! I used a Maya Road Trinket Shadow Box to make a little Christmas project.
To create this project I used my favorite Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive for this project
To start I sprayed the shadow box with some Maya mists and put it aside. I then had 8 squares of chipboard to decorate. I choose small items and added touches of Christmas by adding Christmas tree trinket pins, small beads and glitter.
Each square is decorated and when complete I attached into the shadow Box with the Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive.
To finish off I decorated a small Maya Road Bird to the project.
I covered the bird with patterned paper but first I cut rows of scalloped edges and attached the paper to give a nice effect.
Once I layered all the scallop paper I trimmed the bird, then added a half scallop circle and a glittered flourish. Tied some tulle around the bird and finished by adding small beads and some wire tinsel.
The jump ring near the birds mouth is actually a small bead as well.
Finally attach the bird to the shadow box with the Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive
I hope you enjoy this project as much as I have
Happy gluing
