Just right!  More crackle crackle magic!  This time I used a vintage wood frame using Helmar's two step crackle medium. I love to find second hand frames and make them my own.  I painted the frame white first and than used the crackle medium.  I love to watch the crackles occur....it always has a different outcome when you use different paint colors underneath.   I also crackled the butterflies and the main attraction...the birdie.   Than I was off embellishing with ribbons, pins, and tea stained roses...etc etc...and of course had to use a good Helmar adhesive for that!  This time I used the premium Craft Glue....I heart it!  Works wonders and keeps things in place, great for altering.  Hope you have enjoyed
and next time you are out and about keep your eyes peeled for old frames that can be altered to YOUR specfications!  cherry
