Happpy almost Fall to you! This week Helmar and The Robin's Nest are teaming up. So excited to share my Spoooky cards with you using The Robin's Nest Fall and Halloween papers and some of their gorgeous dew drops . I was going for a vintagey (is that a word?) rofl with a touch of primitive. Love the dark rich colors of these papers and they are nice and thick. Excellent quality. The first one I did a sort of patchwork look to it using several patterns and sizes of paper. I used the sweet Boo paper from The Robin's nest to make a banner and added a paper pieced witch . With the witch I of course had to have a moon. I used my circle punch for that by making a circle and than punching it again taking another chunk out of it till became a "crescent moon". The other card I wanted a lot of depth too and used papers to make rosettes..I than added primitive shaped stars with German glass glitter and topped them off with buttons and a few more sweet dew drops. The background of the card is the Robin's Nest paper with spider webs that I fussy cut out. To get the depth I wanted I used Helmar's Zap Dots..I used them on the spider webs and doubled up on them here and there to get a layered look. I also used my Helmar 450 quick dry adhesive. It works so well when using heavier adornments and doodads! Well that is it for me today...hope you have enjoyed the creations. Cherry
