Some great friends of mine threw me a going away party before we left St Louis. We all worked at Archiver's together, before we all went our separate ways, but have always kept in touch. My friends Megan and Donna put a little project together for us to do while we sat and visited and ate! For this project you'll need a burlap board (these came in a package) fabric that you would like to use, buttons, Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive, and whatever else you would like to add!s
I cut my fabric then I tore the rest to get a fun fringe around the fabric. You can cut your fabric to length or leave some hang over the edge so you can make waves in your "stripes" then just glue them around on the back.
Use plenty of adhesive. On the next photo you can see where I made the fabric wavy or you can lay them straight on
I added a fun lace border around the blue square of the flag
I wrapped the rest of the red fabric around and used Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to secure to the back
I added some buttons in between and the other's added stars and more!
