Oh the fun of the New Year, Christmas is all done and everyone is relaxing and having a good time with family and friends and then before you know it it's New Year's Eve.
Take advantage of leftover Christmas decorations and what you may have laying around the house to make a fun centrepiece for your New Year's Eve table.
What you will need:
Helmar 450 Quickdry Adhesive, clean jar/bottle, sparkly fibers, numbers '2, 0, 1, 5', sparkly pipe cleaners, sparkly flower springs (in fact anything sparkly!!) cardstock of choice, a couple of feathers and anything else that catches your eye.
Firstly with your cardstock cut our two mask shapes in your desired style.
Apply glitter glue around the outside edge and eye holes.
Once the glitter glue has dried, turn over one of the masks and apply Helmar 450 Quickdry Adhesive to the inside and attach some sparkly fibers all the way around the outside edge.
Then apply a thin bead of Helmar 450 Quickdry Adhesive to the inside of the other mask and sandwich the two together with the fibers inbetween.
Using the glitter glue once again, trace around the outside of your numbers and allow to dry. Roll up a sheet of cardstock or music paper and make a 'stick' for your mask.
Attach the stick to the corner of your mask, glue on a couple of feathers and let dry.
Fill your jar/bottle with some of the sparkly fibers, insert your flower springs and curl your pipecleaners and insert them into the jar/bottle also.
Tie a bow around your jar/bottle and arrange everything to look pretty!!
I would like to wish every one a very very safe and Happy New Year and may 2015 be a wonderful year for you all :)
