Faux Snow Embellishment

Hey everyone, Katie here! Did you have a good holiday? We don't get much snow here in Texas but we did get a light dusting of snow recently, just enough for me to make a snowman. I wanted to scrapbook it and I had a neat idea to add some snow to my page using Helmar Adhesives!

 

 

Here's how I made my "faux snow":

 

I started by squirting small drops of Helmar Craft and Hobby PVA Glue around my page.

 

Next I sprinkled white glitter over top of the wet glue, patting it down a little bit.

I let the glue dry and then knocked off any extra glitter.

 

If you get any snow this winter, this might be a fun technique for you to use in your scrapbook layouts!
