This ghoul just loves to have a good time decorating for Halloween!
Won't you join me in a little creative haunting?
I got this idea through Pinterest and they used starch so I thought that my fangtastic Helmar Fabric Stiffener & Draping Liquid would do a bootiful job on it.
I gathered all my supplies in my outdoor laboratory cause I knew that creating a ghostly entity would get quite messy.
Next I concocted the body of the ghostly apparition. I smushed the styrofoam ball on top of the soda bottle and then very tightly wrapped the wire around the neck of the bottle.
In my cauldron ( otherwise known as an empty hairspray bottle ) I mixed together some eye of newt and hair from a witch ( ½ water and ½ Helmar Fabric Stiffener & Draping Liquid ) and shook the potion to blend it well
...and a cackle slipped from my lips....
Slowly I began draping the gossamer cheesecloth over the form and fusing together the cloth over the lifeless spirit with my Helmar Fabric Stiffener & Draping Liquid letting the spray drip, drip, drip...
Soon the spectre of a ghost formed ....I gasped....I adjusted the cloth...and stood far away letting it dry before my unbelieving eyes...
whispering it's alive...it's alive!
The last step before my creature could be fully born was to adhere some eyes cut from the blackest of paper and glued onto the head with some Helmar Craft Glue
( recommended by all witches for their AllHallows Eve decorating )
The wraith rose from the table and floated to the hallway outside my door where it resides thrilling all those that dare to enter my door....
Witching you and your goblins a Happy Halloween!
.
Very creative! I need to remember this for next Halloween.

Paisley, it was dry to the touch in a couple of hours and I could remove it from the form but I put it back on the form overnight just to be on the safe side.

That is great, and you are so funny! We made some of these years ago with starch. I am sure the Helmars was a lot easier. Great job!!
