This broken plastic container can be brought back to life with some scrap paper and Helmar Decoupage and Craft Paste.
Lightly sand the plastic container then use Helmar Decoupage and Craft Paste to apply torn strips of scrap paper. I chose paper that I use to line my work table while I'm painting. It's covered with random paints and mists.
Instead of decoupaging the top of the container, I added a matching decorative circle.
Some waxed cotton cord from Canvas Corp adds just the right finishing touch.
