Today I have a fun project which you and your family can do!
My daughter is expecting our first grandchild in April. I have been busy creating decor and other items for the baby. I decided the baby needs blocks to play with! Not just any blocks, but ones personalized with photos of their two dogs!
These are fun and easy to make. For supplies, you will need wood blocks, pattern paper, photos, paint, alphabet letters, Helmar Acid Free Glue and Helmar Decoupage.
I gave the blocks a coat of paint. While that dried I cut the paper and photos to fit on the side of the block.
Once the paint was dry, I adhered the different pattern papers to the blocks using Decopage and Craft Paste.
I sanded each edge.
Once the paper was dry, I decoupaged the photos to the blocks. Using the Acid Free Glue I adhered the letters and gave everything another coat of Decoupage.
Aren't these so cute! I know the baby will have fun with these!
