Hi - Jean here. I don't know about you but I am behind in my scrapbooking! So let's work on a layout today!
My granddaughter was just two weeks old on Easter and I was there to celebrate! Of course, she needed a basket, a bunny and a new outfit!
To get started on my layout, I pulled out papers, photos, the card I gave her and various embellishments. To make sure it all stays on the layout, I grabbed Helmar Acid Free Glue and Scrap Dots!
Once I decided on the layout, I adhered the photos and card using the Acid Free Glue. It is important to use an Acid Free Glue when working with photographs!
Scrap Dots allowed me to add dimension to elements such as this square
Remember the flowers I made last month. Well, I made more! The Acid Free glue was perfect for creating each flower and adhering them to the layout. Scraps are great for making flowers!
And here is the layout again! (My granddaughter's face is blurred per my daughter's wishes.)
Thank you for joining me! Have you gotten your scrap on? Please feel free to share your projects with us on Facebook!
