Hi everyone! Its Bridget here and today I want to share with you a project I created with my Favorite glue, Helmar 450 quick dry adhesive. I love this glue you can use it so many ways, its acid free so great for the scrapbooking pages and best thing is it drys super fast, so no more holding things together waiting for the glue to dry.
So today I have a quick easy project, which only requires a few things. Button art, is a simple way to make a lovely gift for someone. Here is what I created.

Buttons
Canvas and a frame
I decided I wanted to do a project for my daughter (9 years old) so needed something a bit more grown up. I decided on the saying BE A FLAMINGO IN A FLOCK OF PIGEONS. In hopes it will encourage her to be a individual. I did have to explain the saying to her lol.
First thing I did was put a splash of watercolor onto the canvas. After that had dried I arranged the buttons in the pattern I wanted. My daughter helped me a bit so I think my flamingo turned into a ostrich. Once happy with the design glue them down with Helmars 450 quick dry adhesive.
Add a few black sequins for the beak, and some gemstones for its legs. Then all you need to do is to add your saying. Helmar 450 quick dry glue is also great to add to the back of alphas so they dont fall off.
