Hello everyone,
Today's creation is a reverse canvas decorated and styled around this gorgeous photo of my daughter and a cow.
Tiffany has always enjoyed the company of cows at 2 years of age she walked out into my dads cow paddock to pat the bull ( unbeknownst to my mum), at high school she was involved with the Ageiculture farm and showing the cows at local events and shows. After school she went on to study Animal Science and know has found her dream job as Assistant Manager at a feedlot with thousands of cows.
To create this project I have used the Helmar Spray Adhesive and the Helmar Super-Tac Glue
Other items needed for this project an A4 size mounted canvas( we use the reverse side), brown hessian, artificial turf or grass, florist moss, small MDF trees, assortment of brown flowers and leaves, texture paste, distress ink (rusty hinge), packaging cardboard pieces, chipboard word.
I have used rustic themed materials and mediums to keep with the cow/ farm theme.
I used the spray Adhesive to attach the hessian to the inside of the canvas and around the top and side edges and also to attach the imitation turf/grass.
After this was dry, not long at all by the way. I have used texture paste on the hessian sides and also to the grass and I have added small rocks to the grass using the Super-Tac glue.
Next up I gathered some bits and pieces to create my canvas. I am using odd bits of packaging cardboard, some mdf trees and some hessian flowers and leaves.
I have attached all these elements to the canvas with the Super-Tac glue.
To add dimension and stability to the photo I mounted it on some chipboard again using the Super-Tac glue.
And that is how I created this awesome reverse COW canvas!
Hope this inspire your creativness!!
